If, for any reason, a product doesn’t work out for you, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a store credit, provided that it’s returned in new, as-received and saleable condition.
Just include a brief note with the item and send it back to us at the following address:

Once we receive your item(s), your exchange/credit will be processed immediately.
Please note that shipping fees are separate charges and can’t be redeemed for shipping of an exchange item or for store credit. Any exchange item(s) being sent will incur an additional shipping fee of their own.
Due to the limited quantity of items we make per design, we’re not able to offer a refund on any product once it’s sold and delivered, so please choose carefully.
We strongly advise you to consult the sizing table that’s accessible through the product description of each item in our store before placing your order.
We’re more than happy to exchange an item or issue store credit however, as described above in our Return & Exchange Policy.
