Shipping

Once we confirm your order, your item(s) will be shipped within 4 business days, although most will be shipped within 1 to 2 days, depending on what time of the day it is received.

International orders are shipped from Australia via International Standard Air. The approximate delivery time is estimated to be 6 to 10 business days, depending on where in the world you’re located.

Orders within Australia are shipped from Sydney via Parcel Post. The approximate delivery time is estimated to be 2 to 5 business days within NSW and 3 to 6 business days to other states.

From time to time deliveries may take longer than expected as a result of high parcel volumes or ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. This is particularly so for recipients located outside of metropolitan areas.

A tracking number will be provided with your order (where available) so that you can monitor its delivery progress, including any delays and changes to its expected arrival date. Customers are expected to monitor tracking progress of their order to avoid missed deliveries.

If any delays are anticipated on our end, for example, if a product you order is actually out of stock where our online store indicated it’s still available (very rare), we will advise you as soon as possible via email.

Please use the Signature on Delivery service (where available) when placing your order if you do not wish for your package to be left unattended at your front door. We are not responsible for any lost packages if you do not request this service. Please reach out to us if this occurs and we will file a claim with Australia Post on your behalf.

Customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to cancel an order please notify us as soon as possible by email at orders@strongerbraverfighter.com. We will only be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched for delivery upon receipt of your email.

For all refund and exchange requests, please email us at orders@strongerbraverfighter.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for the return, to initiate the refund/exchange process. We will respond as soon as possible and advise you how to proceed. Please note that we are unable to process any refunds or exchange requests after 14 days from your order receipt.
