Returns & Exchanges Policy

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please notify us as soon as possible by email at orders@strongerbraverfighter.com. We will only be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched for delivery upon receipt of your email.

Requesting Refunds and Exchanges

For all refund and exchange requests, please email us at orders@strongerbraverfighter.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for the return, to initiate the refund/exchange process. We will respond as soon as possible and advise you how to proceed. Please note that we are unable to process any refunds or exchange requests after 14 DAYS from your order receipt.

To be eligible for a refund and/or exchange, you must make your request by email as outlined above and your item(s) must be returned in unused, complete, as-received and original condition and packaging (if applicable). Please do not return your item(s) without advising us, or simply with a note requesting a refund or exchange. This will put your request at risk of being rejected.

All exchanges are dependent on existing stock.

Processing of Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

In the case of refund requests, if approved a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 3 to 6 business days for the value of the item returned. Shipping costs are normally not refundable – see below for more details.

In the case of exchange requests, if approved your exchanged item will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 4 business days, and we will advise you of the tracking information for the delivery (where available).

Provided that you have made your request for a refund or exchange as outlined above and liaised with us as part of the process, it will almost always be approved. The most likely reason for rejection in this case is the return of items in damaged or degraded condition.

Shipping Fees For Refunds and Exchanges

Please note that shipping fees are separate charges and normally can’t be refunded, redeemed for shipping of an exchange item, or redeemed for store credit.

Except for cases involving issues of product quality or errors on the part of Stronger. Braver. FIGHTER., customers are financially responsible for shipping item(s) back to Stronger. Braver. FIGHTER. for exchange or refund, as well as for shipping exchanged item(s) back to the customer.

Please note that if you wish to exchange an item that was purchased as part of a large order delivered free of shipping charges, you will still incur a delivery charge when the exchange item is shipped back to you.

If you are returning an item or items valued over $75, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item.

Refunds and Exchanges For Sale Items

Stronger. Braver. FIGHTER. will not issue credits or refunds for any difference in price on items purchased before the start of any sale. All orders processed before the start of any sale may not be exchanged for items at their discounted price.

‘Return to Sender’ Items

Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide the correct shipping address details in their order and for the receipt of correctly-delivered items. We strongly encourage you to monitor the tracking progress of your order using the tracking details we provide (where available), to avoid missing any deliveries.

Packages that fail to be delivered/collected/received are sent back to Stronger. Braver. FIGHTER. at our expense. In this case, the customer will be notified of the return and their delivery address will be re-confirmed.

Returned packages that were correctly addressed by Stronger. Braver. FIGHTER. according to the shipping address details provided on the order will be re-delivered to the customer at their expense. This also applies in the case of returned orders that were originally sent free of shipping charges.

Any product shipped back to Stronger. Braver. FIGHTER. as a policy dispute or order refusal will be subject to a Forced Refund. Such customers will be refunded the order subtotal (minus shipping costs paid) while instituting a AUD$10 restocking fee per item.
